Much as I enjoy the ease of the Shuttle under the sea to France, I sometimes take the slower, and often more expensive, ferry. Just for the pleasure of the journey, and the excitement of seeing another country appear over the horizon.
Here are snapshots of two slightly less run-of-the-mill ferry journeys.
Firstly, the ferry from mainland Tunisia to the exotic island of Djerba.

The second is the ferry across the Zambezi between Botswana and Zambia at Kazungula:
