All I remember of my first visit to Edinburgh as a child is a sanitised hotel close to the airport and banana cake. As for my second visit as a university student, I remember a night club, lemon chicken in a Chinese restaurant and Arthur’s Seat.
Finally, I am getting to appreciate this beautiful city’s culture, architecture and great food. Oh, and the whisky of course!
I have to say, it also does a fine line in chimney pots.

Great photos! I love Edinburgh. I would have been there this weekend if I had any holiday left that didn’t need to be saved for Christmas.
