I shared news of the deflating giant duck in Hong Kong Harbour back in May last year.
Since then it has travelled many miles and was in Taiwan for New Years Eve, where disaster struck yet again. See the video below from Youtube.
The authorities kindly replaced it with a large Vietnamese duck to keep the tourists happy!

It does look a sorry site lying collapsed in the water. I think it would be glad of your sympathy; looking at the comments on the various online news reports of the story, a lot of people seem to hate this duck, for no specific reason!
