These Tunisian toilet signs caught my eye for their use of traditional dress. What is more, you can easily tell the difference between the two, which isn’t always true of fancy convenience signs: a favourite restaurant of mine in Barcelona uses a starfish and a seahorse. How is that supposed to help?

haha i love when places use creative restroom markers!

A starfish and a seahorse? I would not feel comfortable going into either one of those!

I’m not sure if it’s meant to suggest you can go in either? Or if there’s some deep meaning I haven’t worked out. But the food is good!

One of the common one used in rural Australia is RAMS and EWES. For some reason I have never seen bulls and cows on toilet doors 🙂
