Between the airport and the centre of town lies Corstorphine. I had never really given the place a second thought, but with time on my hands one morning I decided to walk away from town for a change and discovered this historic walking trail.
I set off from St Ninian’s Church on the main road.

The walk isn’t very extensive, but it makes for a pleasant stroll on a sunny day and the Old Parish Church is particularly picturesque.

It has a fair sized graveyard, though many of the stones have collapsed, and there are Commonwealth war graves here too.

I enjoy wandering through old cemeteries.
The Horsebus garage sounds interesting (though not as interesting as the Horsebus, perhaps!)
