Istanbul’s sweetness,  April 2015

A colourful note:  this dark green, with a hint of blue, is known in current Crayola boxes as pine green.  In fact, this shade of green featured in the original Crayola sets in 1903, known in those days as dark green.  In 1949, the colour vanished; dark green still existed as a name but the colour under the wrapper was a darker, greener shade. However, in 1958, the shade shown here reappeared, now known by its current name of pine green.
