Music in the Air

St Albans Cathedral always demands my admiration as I walk into town, but this musical accompaniment (press the button!) was an extra special moment.

The Cathedral and its bells have been around since the 11th century, but in 2010 13 new bells were commissioned and introduced to the tower.   These new arrivals are named after the 12 apostles, plus, of course, St Alban.
