Da Nang’s beaches invited in the invaders. Now they bring in tourists. It is a massive building site with theme parks and huge resorts growing as I write. Will soon be a Las Vega style place

That or the Brandenburg Tower in Berlin always make me wonder why we have to slaughter each other before building tourist attractions. Couldn’t we skip the bloodshed and go to the fun part straight on?
