the English architects with a remarkable sense of humour invented the carbuncoe cup to designate every year the worst building, and I believe that the one called the razor because it looks like an electric razor ( it’s easy to find it on the picture) had it three or four years ago. anyway the picture is beautiful and the long pause time makes the Thames like velvet
