Light show at Casa Mila, Barcelona, May 2015 (images below May 2017)
–
All was not pink, but bright colours ruled.
My first visit in 2015 suffered a downpour – we were provided with umbrellas but the show was terminated early for safety reasons, and we had to teeter our way off the slippery roof, damp and disappointed. However, my second visit enjoyed excellent weather and the colourful display was well worth the return.
This is a great alternative way to enjoy the curvy chimneys on the rooftop of Casa Mila (aka La Pedrera). When planning a trip to Barcelona do check out their website as they hold a number of events on this gorgeous roof, including live music evenings.

all may not have been pink but all was certainly glorious. What a fabulous light show 🙂 I would have been tickled pink to have been there!
PS Sorry for the delay in popping by to this post, WordPress decided to hide 85 pingbacks. Only just discovered them, did think I was missing a few yesterday when I was enjoying the afternoon catching up!
