Nice view of the “eye”. I did a pingback in my post that was inspired by the frost creations on the inside of the riding arena this morning. A cold morning! https://horseaddict.net/2018/11/21/viewpoint-the-fairies-have-been-painting/

Dear Debbie, I love the layered colours in your photo, and how the straight lines of colour contrast with the circular wheel.
Just letting you know my pingback should appear shortly. Kind regards. Tracy.

Thank you Tracy, the colour bands delighted me too – much gentler than I anticipated.
And thank you for your honest viewpoint image over at your Untidy Mind 🙂

It’s as though I’ve been playing with split tone editing, but nature did it for me 🙂

Great composition and lovely shades. Reminds me of Pratchett, though (what doesn’t); Pollution makes for the most beautiful sunsets (not quoted verbatim). I went with clear skies this time: https://picturesimperfectblog.wordpress.com/2018/11/18/oh-look-a-mountain/

I think this was more pure light haze than pollution. At least, compared with the pollution fog I’ve seen a lot on this year’s travels, London’s is minor 🙂
Over to see your clean air in a minute

Like time stood still. Love the composition and the soft light, Debbie!

I was so lucky with the light that day. And it didn’t look quite as soft and gentle in real life, so I was delighted when I reviewed my photos a few days later

What a lovely peachy shade, Debs! 🙂 🙂 My viewpoint is largely cardboard boxes at the minute and we loose our UK Internet tomorrow (yikes! 😦 ) I shall be adrift for a week or so!

Glad you like it Jackie. It’s a long climb up St Paul’s but it really is worth it to get that view.
And many thanks for your memory-inducing viewpoint 🙂
