Stunning spiral staircase in Tate Britain, London, February 2019

Considerable renovation and redevelopment took place in the Tate Britain, completing in late 2013. It including the reopening of the main entrance from the Thames side of the building, increased exhibition space, reopening of the Whistler Restaurant and the addition of a stunning spiral staircase that swoops down beneath a rotunda, into the basement. Black and white terrazzo floors were added as part of the design.
