Tintin has lost his spray can!

Tintin painted on a wall and shutters, but shutters are open

And if you wonder what I’m talking about, this is what he’s up to when off duty:

Now over to all of you. Do come and join us in our Saturday six-word musings.

I’ll admit that many of us openly break the numeric rule and share far more words (all excellent of course!) so the key rule is to have a title of six words – and then create around that the post that you desire! Perhaps in bunches of 6 words if you’re feeling inspired.

To join the challenge, please put a link in your post to the URL of this post. Then come back here and leave us a comment. If you have any problems with linking, just put your own URL into the comment. And do feel free to socialise digitally – tweet, instagram, flickr, etc. with the hashtags #SixWordSaturday and #6WS.

  1. I often wonder what is it that inspires us to “leave a mark” in caves and on walls, mountains, trees, cliffs, rocks, buildings, etc. Is this the same motivation to paint on canvas, paper, etc. . It seems to be an enduring behavior that persists. Be safe. Be well.

    • It just looks changed. The shutters were open so they can sell onto the road, and the art to the left of Tintin is on a door /hoarding pulled across to close access into the food yard. The other change might be sunshine!! The Roa crane does look especially good.
And I enjoyed your combined post, Sue

    • Yes – as lockdown relaxed and shutters opened everything was forced out onto the street. Our streets are a little quite now people can go inside places. These shutters may well be closed again now.

    • Thanks Jo. I think the sun helped that day. I had persuaded someone to drive me into London so I could see the new Red Square mural by Dank, and I managed to have a longer wander too 🙂
