I hear you – to be fully vegan all the time is quite a lot of work to ensure well-rounded nutrition!
Love love love aubergine, but I love my eggs & cheese too much to be vegan.

Veganuary has been very popular this year – more people signed up than ever before. Lots of healthy eating to kick off the new year.
