Ha! Thanks for trying to cheer us up. After well over a year of no haircut, I watched a few videos online about cutting your own hair and have managed to have a decent-looking cut. I’m hoping to back to Illinois in a couple months and plan to see whether my stylist is still there and make an appointment. Eventually I’ll have to find someone here but that’s such a pain!

Our hairdressers open again on 12 April all being well – but the queues will be long as they have been closed for about 4 months.
My hair is a kind of wild afro style at the moment, usually hidden under a hat!
