I like this picture. We have a few resorts that may look like this in the north of france. These facades and this architecture are wonderful and look very notalgic.
Yes, a lot of the historic buildings have been renovated recently. The Sands Hotel seen here was built in 1888, and was rescued in 2011 – now a luxury hotel again – and what a view it has!
