Enjoying street art has become a regular event on my travels around the world: more of my findings can be seen here

Very unusual mural, I had never seen a “last supper mural”.
I found out it was painted by Only HMZ .
Thanks for participating in Monday Murals Debbie.

Oh thank you for finding the name. I had hunted hard! And if I had seen that artist before I’d have recognised it – what a distinctive style he has.

This one seems more unusual than most, Debbie. It’s so different, it calls attention to itself. You can’t help but appreciate it. Nice full on view, but even nicer close ups.

I do hope it hasn’t been destroyed or tagged beyond recognition….it’s beautiful

An unusual Last Supper – almost naive art would you say? I wonder if they are local faces: how interesting if they are!

Hard to describe. It certainly shouts for attention and including the crucifixion really tells the story. The Last Supper is a common theme in street art, I have found them interval countries, but never one quite like this

Whereabouts in Shoreditch was that (I say was because I’d be amazed if it hasn’t been trashed by now). Do you know who did it?

I’m pretty sure it was on Braithwaite Street – just by Shoreditch High Street station. I’ve added a larger image that sets context better. . No idea about the artist – and I’ve googled and found nothing, which is very strange

Really annoying when you can’t find an artists name. I’ve scrolled through miles of images on Instagram – nothing. As you say very strange

Maybe Leonardo has done with all that Renaissance stuff n Milan and is now doing street art in Shoreditch.
