You can stand at look at it for ages and peer through the gaps for views of Shard and other surrounding buildings.

Yes. Commissioned by the Shard. It was installed late last year and this was the first time I came across it. Hard to get a photo of it as a whole because it’s see through. And very different to any other Plensa work I’ve seen
