Janus the bear, designed by Jayet, has two faces just like his Roman god namesake. At 5 metres tall he is believed to be the largest bear in the world. When I came across him this summer he seemed to be enjoying the views – one glance to the cathedral, and a simultaneous gaze to the sea and the MUCEM museum.

Marseille – I think I have been there when our son was a toddler. For some reason we travelled more than in their teens, lol! Wonder this friendly bear is orange… but cute!

If I’d known you were going to the South of France with this prompt I’d have thought you go to Orange, not Marseille 😉 but that giant bear is really cute.
