-Look Up, Look Down Challenge, Week 36
Every Thursday, I publish a post containing photo(s) taken from above or below, and invite you to join in the challenge by posting your own photos with an up or down perspective.
**********************************************************************************************
This week I’m taking you back to the windswept beach of Scheveningen to share the photos I couldn’t upload the other week.
The wind that threatened to blow me over was clearly a kitesurfer’s delight.

Fast shutter speed. The biggest problem was not the speed of the kites but the speed of the wind that was trying to blow me over!

Always a lot of wind in Scheveningen. Wind is a part of life there:) The kites are very colorful! (a historic tidbit – in worldwar II “Scheveningen” was the word they needed to say if someone was suspected to be a German instead of a Dutchman)

Probably because only the Dutch could pronounce it properly!
