The English Gardens at Regents Park

aDSC03569

I have a great soft spot for Regents Park.  I can walk to it from Kings Cross, which is my entry station to London, it’s where I used to walk my dog on sunny weekends and it’s where I often took my daughter to play in the adventure playground.

The English Gardens are particularly beautiful, and are a place I couldn’t enjoy on dog-walking days:

I hope you enjoy as much as I did last weekend:

      • I know you meant ‘different planting scheme’ but I’m having glorious visions imagining what ‘planning scheme’ could be! Some of the shrubbery being planed down by a team of woodworkers? London plane trees being transplanted for the summer? Or even Heathrow planes being held stacked over Regents Park? I rather fancy the last one!
