I don’t like to be intrusive, but I do like to capture shots of people on my travels – they position the image in time and help to illustrate the life and culture of the place.

Lovely, lovely photos! I love to take photos of people as I travel although it can be difficult to not feel intrusive. Depends on where you are, really 🙂

Such a wonderful peak into all these different cultures! Gorgeous photos and I love how most subjects aren’t aware – the best kind of photos!

I find that shots with people in are better reminders of my travels than just a building

I really enjoyed this. I love people watching, but feel very shy to point my camera in anyone’s direction!

I feel the same about taking shots of people, which is why I mostly end up with other types of shots. Have to try to do more people.

It’s also one if the reasons I do most of my street shots in b&w. I feel it is less intrusive, mor anonymous and focuses on the moment more than the actual people.

Great shots. I don’t like to take photos of people either. I feel like I am intruding on their lives. 😀

I rather agree with you…. I try not to be intrusive, but images with people can give you more of a sense of place (and time). 🙂
