When I was younger I enjoyed exercise so much! Now that I am mid sixties, not so much! BUT I know it is so good for a person…and I commend your efforts!

These days (late 50s) I get most of my exercise from walking. Given the time I’ll always choose feet over bus or train.

I’ve gotten in over 8,000 steps today. Still, short of the 10,000 a day mark, but there is more DAY left. 😉 Yay for clear skies and movement.

I find the device helpful in many ways. I feel naked when I realize I have left home without it.
