It is week 3 if the June One Four photo editing challenge and we are in the Camargue again.

This week I have again made my basic lens profile, straightening and sharpening changes in Lightroom. Still in LR, I then converted to black and white and softened it slightly by lightening shadows and exposure slightly and reducing the contrast.

beautiful again! It looks great in black and white.

Beautiful edit again, Debbie – I like the shine on the horses’ backs. They just glow!

Such an amazing photo. The monochrome allows you to focus on the subject matter. Excellent work this week.

This is a beautiful edit. I agree with Robyn that the two horse in the front really become the focal point. The softness of the photo is a perfect counter to the strength of the horses. I absolutely love this photograph – it is fantastic in all of your edits. I look forward to what you are going to do with your final edit!

This definitely works in B&W Debbie. I like your changes and the way it pushes the horse and rider back and brings focus to the two horses in front.
Just went and revisited the last 2 weeks for a refresher. Cant wait to see whats next. This is such a wonderful photograph 😃
