“If I should ever leave you whom I love
To go along the silent way,
Grieve not,
Nor speak of me with tears,
But laugh and talk of me as if I were beside you there”
-Isla Paschal Richardson (1886 – 1071)
This plaque displaying a moving and inspiring poem is to be found on the path along the Water of Leith in Edinburgh. The words are complimented by ever changing, peaceful reflections of the surrounding trees.

Thank you for joining Blue Monday at Backyard Neighbor, Sally would be so pleased and so am I.
Your poem and the lovely picture is a nice thought for Sally’s passing. She was well loved and will be missed very much.
Happy Blue Monday.
