Spring in Green Park, London,  2014

As winter fades away, the benches reappear in London’s parks, and sometimes there are designs to remind you that this is an English Spring!

A colourful note:  spring green is normally a darker shade, representing the well-watered vegetation of early spring.

The Crayola yellowy shade is a long-timer, having joined the boxes of crayons in 1958.

  1. Beautiful composition, umbrellas have a way of making me smile and feel happy. I always think og Gene Kelly and Dancing in the rain 🙂

  2. You’ve changed your theme, Debs! Looks good and I love that brolly photo. Absolutely essential at the minute. Happy weekend! I don’t suppose it will be a laidback affair? 🙂

    • Yes, I wanted something a bit more modern – I’m pleased with this one though I need to do a bit of work on fonts

Not too laid back (you know me too well!) I’m in Edinburgh again. Hoping to walk a fair bit but depends on weather

      Enjoy your weekend Jo!
