A colourful note:  Crayola’s tickle me pink crayon was named by a 12 year old boy in their huge 1992-93 naming competition.  His entry for the event consisted of a small hand-drawn face for each crayon that was up for naming. According to Huffpost, his “laughter” face was coloured pink because he’d blush when tickled.  His fun name and appealing entry brought him success.
