Work of Argentinian artist, Barbara Siebenlist, Madrid, February 2018

The phrase “Ni una menos” (not one woman less) is a cry for rights for women, which was born in Argentina and is much used across South America.

The fight continues everywhere. The recent events in America are stirring women to speak out across the world which is a wonderful by-product of a disappointing display of our lack of progress here.

Great comment. I am also hoping there is an upside. Both strength for women and more care from men.

Amazing in this day and age we still have to battle for everything. And after the recent US events it seems we just keep going backwards.

Had no idea South American countries were so pro-women rights.

I didn’t either. Sadly a response to a few serious events involving the death of young girls. But the movement has spread and is getting attention.
