This photo has an almost old-fashioned flavor. You manage to produce nostalgia for the past on a contemporary landscape. But perhaps this is because the port motif has long been linked to Amsterdam through painting. It’s a beautiful image. I like the balance of the greys between sky and water, and the reflections.
