Probably, or very closely related. This is a Polish primitive horse, and bears great resemblance to older wild horses.

They love their wild life. The breed was chosen for their hardiness and ability to live in the wetlands and help maintain the environment. They are breeding well – a dozen introduced in 2001 and now over 100!
