I can’t remember when I last roller skated either. At least 20 years ago.

Interesting photo! Typical of children, trying to roller skate in the water!

Great reflection!
I wanted to take pictures of our Sunday rolls this morning but by the time I got up they had all been at least partially eaten.🤨 I settled for a differen (and bigger) roll: https://picturesimperfectblog.wordpress.com/2021/01/10/is-it-going-to-roll-off/

The paths at the edge of the lake have been under water for a few months and I regularly see people braving it and emerging with very wet feet. But these two were doing quite well with their personal transport.

If I were one of those children, I’d end up VERY wet! I was lousy at roller skating!

I cheated a little and went with reels of thread although in my defense I had completely blanked on the words cotton reel until the post was mostly written:

Not sure I’d be doing that in the water, but they look as if they’re having fun. I’m ready to roll…or at least what’s in my photo is.
