I love it when a photo turns out like that all on its own. Lovely to have a skylight above your bed but does it wake you up very, very early in summer? Once summer comes and the sunrise is about 5:30 here, I wake up at about 5 or so probably due to the light that seeps in despite the lovely blinds. Now that sunrise is at 7:30, I’m actually sleeping in until 6:30 or even 7 some days. 🙂

Strangely it doesn’t wake me – or if it does I go back to sleep! I sed to black out my bedroom, but when I moved here I enjoyed the light. When away I still have to close curtains to block out street lights but for a natural view I enjoy waking with it just waiting for me.

Straight. 😀 taken with my iPhone and just sharpened a bit and cropped. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried to get a photo of them but this time I was lying in bed reading the news so phone in hand 😀
