Love Arbroath. Though I admit that I like it more when it was a ‘proper’ working harbour and the village was prosperous. My last visit 4 years ago I came away feeling rather sad at the poverty.
That was my only visit. I arrived too late to taste the smokies. I was surprised how pretty the place is, but sad that they now have to rely on tourism as the fishing industry had been so reduced. I also went to a boring football match and then sat in a local pub watching England play in the World Cup – I wasn’t the most welcome visitor!!!

Great shots, Debbie 👏 I got similar shots a year later; I think everyone who goes to Arbroath Harbour comes away with shots of the stacked pots 😂
