In many cities, pay close attention to the road signs as you may get some surprises.Some street artists have the knack of turning standard signs into artistic, often humorous, signs. The most prolific is a talented Italian artist, Clet Abraham, whose work can be spotted in many cities in Europe. Many of his works share an important social message. In Spain, Yipi Yipi Yeah (aka YYY) Adds similar decoration to their signs.
I have a small selection from my own travels below. Those in Spain are the work of YYY, whilst most, if not all, of the others are Clet.
