Chiesa di San Tommaso al Pantheon, Siracusa, September 2021
This modern, circular church, known as The Pantheon, was designed by the architect Gaetano Rapisardi. Construction started in 1919, and it is home to the remains of Syracusan soldiers who perished at the front during the First World War. Its bold columns and tall windows make it stand out from all the other buildings in the area.
