No spitting, just the usual grumpy camels. One threw a bit of a tantrum when it’s rider for in but apart from that it was fine. We were really only there to take photos but got a lift back from the top of the dunes on the camels.

I rode on a camel in Lanzarote in 1984 and it was quite horrible, I did it again in Morocco in 2016 and nothing had changed.

Yes, that would be good. I haven’t got any Portuguese ones, though I have got another Spanish one coming along, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was used in Portugal too as it has an asinine connection
