Kazakh warrior mets Italian restaurant

Corner of Furmanov Avenue and Kabanbay Batyr Street , Almaty, Kazakhstan, October 2022

This mural is the work of the local artist, Maria Palchikova. It decorates the wall outside an Italian restaurant, which seemed a strange location for this warrior, until I realised the street is named after him.
