Glad you like it, Lisa. We were right on the edge of Armenia here, so close to the border with Turkey. Borders mean nothing to views – this has to be as good a view of Mount Ararat as you’ll find in Turkey.

Thanks, Brian. We were very lucky with the weather. Apart from a couple of very cold nights where I could have done with half a dozen sleeping bags! And no we weren’t in tents. But it was worth it.
