Derry, February 2025
Now over to all of you. Do come and join us in our Saturday six-word musings.
Though I’ll own up now and say that my comments will be few and far between for the next couple of weeks while travelling. To keep up-to-date with my adventures you can watch my stories @dsmythphoto and see photos posted on @travel_travel_with_intent.
I’ll admit that many of us openly break the numeric rule and share far more words (all excellent of course!) so the key rule is to have a title of six words – and then create around that the post that you desire! Perhaps in bunches of 6 words if you’re feeling inspired.
To join the challenge, please put a link in your post to the URL of this post. Then come back here and leave us a comment. If you have any problems with linking, just put your own URL into the comment. And do feel free to socialise digitally with the hashtags #SixWordSaturday and #6WS. You’ll find me on Instagram @travel_travel_with_intent and @dsmythphoto

That’s cute! They look like they’re sleepwalking, so they’ll be in for a surprise when the wake up!
My six words… the title at least.

I love that. Guinness was my entry level dark beer, although I I’ve mostly moved on since then. Hope your trip’s going well.

You could write a history book with the many Guinness adverts and have laugh at the same time. But my 6WS this week is more ‘timely’ for those in the UK. :-https://davidoakes-images.com/2025/03/29/6ws-6-word-saturday-challenge-41/

Who doesn’t love a Guinness ad? – I kind of had the same idea as bushboy Brian but once I started going I was spoilt for choice. Missed out words were: knob, hob, mob, lob, fob, blob, stop, cop, drop (different meaning) — I could go on and on.
