What a wonderful “simple” topic. Although simple is not easy to capture. 😀

Sorry it’s dull over there – we’ve actually had a bit of sun today. But not what I’d really expect in May.
And thanks for your simplicity, Marie

I seem to have been in a simple image mood recently but it was surprisingly difficult coming up with an image for the challenge:

Very simple but great colors. And the stunningly blue sky would be great for Squares, too. But that’s over, for now.

There is an old sci-fi story called “The blue system” where aliens invade a planet and cut it off from all contact to the outside. The inhabitants don’t notice anything at first except an extremely blue sky. So whenever my husband and I see a really deep blue, cloudless sky this is our in-joke.

That cracked me up because I thought the entire photo hadn’t loaded. 🙂 Silly me. Mine has more but is still simple. Happy Sunday.

Sorry to confuse you, Janet!
I love my negative space, but I’m often rushing too much to take an image like that. This must have been a simple morning 🙂
